Mountain Dog was born from our love of the mountains and dogs. Allow us to introduce ourselves:

Dave is the owner and head of the entire team. Having spent many years dabbling in various industries, he has acquired the knack for problem solving and fixing things. Add to that his down-to-earth demeanor he is easy to talk to and has a way of making customers feel at ease. Working in the Spa and BBQ maintenance field, he has expanded his natural abilities to include building saunas, servicing gas fireplaces, and cleaning/maintaining spas and BBQs. In his spare time Dave enjoys reading, the outdoors, and is a great cook with BBQ Grills & Smokers. Having serviced the greater Seattle region, he is taking his experience and drive to help others who find it difficult to get good dependable quality service. While we do not install or service saunas, Dave is your go-to guy for BBQs, hot tubs, pools, and technical issues.

Jess is co-owner and a recent graduate of Washington State University with degrees in Photography and Multimedia Communication. Jess too enjoys the outdoors and hiking. With a background in Manufacturing she enjoys working hard and just needed that extra something that would allow her to put her degrees to good use. Jess has worked as a pool and spa technician for the past 2 years and has developed a reputation with her customers for being dependable and knowledgeable. Her primary goal is customer satisfaction. With a desire to create a path of her own, Jess came up with the idea of a Father-Daughter business to help local people get faster, reliable and dependable service with their spas and BBQs. Jess is our go-to for spas and pools. She is also our multi-media master.

What family business would be complete without the other head of the family? Dave’s other half is Heather. After 28 years of marriage, these two have worked together in many industries and actually like working together. Heather is our behind the scenes gal handling scheduling, bookkeeping, customer communication, advertising, and assisting Dave and Jess on Spa Details on the weekends.
