Dave and Jess Harja are a complimentary father-daughter team with one shared focus: quality customer care. With careers spanning many areas in Manufacturing and Service, we found a common frustration expressed by customers…lack of good customer service, quality work, honesty, and dependability.

In some cases, companies have grown to such an extent that they require too many people to handle multiple aspects of a customer’s experience. We are hoping to change that by keeping to core services in a smaller service area on the Eastside and Seattle areas. We are a small licensed, insured, and bonded family business. We intend to keep it that way. Between scheduling, routing, service and billing, we each share a part of the caring service our customers want and deserve. Our hope is this makes us not only more approachable, but easier to work with in the same common goal…care of your spa, pool, or BBQ.
